How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Browse our products, select your size, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel, reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to keep tabs on your order’s journey!
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and express shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location, so please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

We currently ship to addresses within India only.
2. Shipping Partners:
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
3. Shipping Time:
Orders are typically processed within 7-9 business days after payment/order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
4. COD Charge:
A convenience fee of ₹99 will be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
5. Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
The additional discount for prepaid payments will be capped at ₹1000.
For orders below the specified amount, a shipping fee will apply depending on your location
6. Tracking Orders:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track the status of your delivery.
You can also monitor your order through the chat box once it has been placed.
7. Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the order.
8. Undeliverable Packages:
In case a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Shipping Holidays:
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
10. Shipping Restrictions:
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. We will notify you if your order falls under any such restrictions.
11. International Shipping:
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers worldwide.

We currently ship to addresses within India only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while express options are quicker.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
Customers must report any issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery
Note: Each product is eligible for only one exchange per order.
A return shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order for returns, regardless of the number of items in the order. However, the reverse shipment fee will not apply for exchanges.
For payments made via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will receive gift card equivalent to the amount paid (excluding the COD handling fee). This credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the date of return pickup and will be sent to your registered email address or contact number, to be used within 2 months.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the courier company can't arrange a pick-up, you'll need to send the shipment to our company address. Reverse pick-up services depend on the availability in your area's pin code.

Cancellation Window: To cancel your order, please email your Order ID to support@mysoulmonk.com
Note/Condition: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. Please note that a reverse shipment fee will apply to the return.
Note: Customers can only apply for an exchange once per product per order.
Shipping Orders Yourself for Returns:
If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, please ship the product(s) to the following address: BEYONDWILL LLP ,KOLLANTETHU HOUSE, 3/16, Mezhuveli, ELAVUTHITTA, Kozhencherry, Pathanamthitta- 689507, Kerala, India.
Make sure the items are securely packed to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Include the ORDER ID and your registered mobile number on the package. All items should be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
We suggest using 'Speed Post' for shipping. It is operated by the Government of India and has the largest postal network across the country
Note/Condition: Ensure a return request is approved before sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like innerwears, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Also we do not accept returns of gift items.
Coupons once redeemed cannot be revoked once the order is placed.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Payment made using the COD option will be issued store credit equivalent to the amount paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mysoulmonk.com.
Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
